Seam taped Machine
For the lightweight rainwear, skisuit and other outdoor wear like jacket,pants and accessories, we can also make it waterproof by the seam taped workmanship.
Using the adhesive and waterproof strips to affix on all the seams of the product,that has coating on the fabric backside. After heatting,the waterproof strips will be firm affixed,make the seams perfectly watertight and guarantee complete water-resistance.
In addition,based on different fabric(different thickness and quality), we have different waterproof strips to match up with, and we will firstly do test to confirm the machine’s available pressure and temprature in the seam taped process,so that the garment is not only waterproof but also very smooth and good looking.
We have 23years experience of seam taped workmanship in the straight seam,arc seam and even the seam in the narrow place like kids mittens.
To guarantee our factory’s output meet clients’ need,we have increaed the equipment of seam taped machine 20sets again from the end of 2019.
All of our production stuff have more than 5years experience,all of them will also be trained timely to update their knowleges and operation technology to make better and better products for clients.
